Job Title: Technology Lead

Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. The role involves creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code for modules, leading validation for all testing types, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Vancouver, British Columbia, or be willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidates authorized to work in Canada without employer-sponsored visas are welcome to apply. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of at least 4 years in Software or DevOps Engineering, with experience in the entire services development cycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• At least 4 years of experience in .NET, C#, ASP, MVC, SQL, REST API.
• Experience in architecture & design.
• Experience with Azure stack, .NET Core.
• Knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, Azure Data Explorer, Power BI is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to analyze, reverse engineer, and refactor existing processes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and balance short-term and long-term priorities.
• Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment.
• Sense of ownership and proactive planning skills.
• Works with confidence, energy, and drive.

The role involves extensive travel and requires working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face is essential.

Estimated annual compensation for candidates based in British Columbia ranges from $81,575 to $116,670.
