Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced IOS Developer to design, develop, and deliver mobile applications within a fast-paced SDLC. You will interact with stakeholders, define architectures, and produce high-quality code while leading testing and deployment activities. Relocation to the Toronto/Mississauga area may be required.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4+ years in IT, and be eligible to work in Canada without visa sponsorship. Travel may be required.

Job description

Infosys is seeking a IOS Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto/Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :

• At least 4 years of experience in iOS Development
• At least 4 years of experience in Swift and Objective-C programming languages
• Exposure to hybrid mobile technology Flutter.
• Good experience in project life cycle activities on development projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms and backend technologies relevant to mobile development is a plus.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in Telecom domain
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• In-depth understanding of modern design patterns like POP, MVVM, and a strong foundation in SwiftUI and Combine.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and a proven ability to write unit and integration tests.
• Experience integrating and utilizing third-party libraries and SDKs effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead and work within a cross-functional team.
• A passion for building user-centric and high-quality mobile applications
