What's in it for you?

  • An opportunity to grow, develop, and thrive within a dynamic, and fast-growing company alongside thoughtful and passionate individuals dedicated to their work and community.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including a flexible retirement program with employer matching, along with voluntary savings options (RRSP, TFSA, and Non‑Registered Savings Plans).
  • A flexible hybrid work environment, continuous internal and external learning opportunities, and a meaningful reward and recognition program.

As a hands‑on technical leader, you will partner closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and third‑party vendors to deliver innovative digital capabilities that support Toronto Pearson’s transformation toward a product‑based operating model.

As the Technology Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Oversee solution integration, deployment, and operational readiness, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Provide technical oversight to external vendors, ensuring solution quality and adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor and govern quality assurance, release readiness, and testing for technical solutions.
  • Implement application observability practices and lead incident response as a Tier 2 escalation point.
  • Drive root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement, managing technical debt within product backlogs.
  • Maintain complete technical documentation and ensure compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, and privacy requirements.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and innovation across teams.

This is the role for you, if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, solution architecture, engineering management, or similar roles within large, complex operational environments, with experience working with hardware security systems such as access control gates, CCTV, and related security technologies highly preferred.
  • 2+ of leadership experience managing technical teams or delivery functions.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native platforms.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, and resiliency design.
  • Experience working with Agile and hybrid delivery models, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position.
