Job summary

lululemon is hiring a Category Manager for Tech procurement in Vancouver. You will partner with internal stakeholders to advance business goals, apply advanced data analysis, lead competitive sourcing and negotiations, manage suppliers, and drive end-to-end project execution.

You will support the annual category strategy, surface opportunities and risks, and work with the Leadership Team to deliver value across the indirect supply chain. This is an onsite role with a hybrid collaboration model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/SCMP or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years indirect procurement experience.
• 2+ years technology category management experience.
• Must have experience running complex RFPs end to end.
• Strong MS Office skills; Coupa/Oracle knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of category strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Contribute market intelligence and value analytics to sourcing plans.
• Drive productivity by reducing total cost of ownership across sub-categories.
• Define roadmaps to increase sourcing efficiency and prioritize events.
• Partner with business leaders to execute sourcing initiatives that deliver impact.
• Support strategic sourcing events and supplier negotiations; lead when appropriate.
• Analyze spend data to identify value opportunities and insights.
• Facilitate contract management with Legal for timely execution.
• Maintain tools and processes to plan, track, and execute sourcing activities.
