The role requires 5+ years procurement experience, 2+ years in Store Development & Facilities, and strong negotiation, project management, and data analysis skills. Hybrid work arrangement with onsite collaboration four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• MBA or SCMP preferred.
• 5+ years procurement experience.
• 2+ years Store Development & Facilities category experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Coupa/Oracle a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies with stakeholders.
• Conduct market intelligence and value analytics to inform sourcing.
• Lead productivity improvements to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Define roadmaps prioritizing categories and sourcing events.
• Partner with business leaders to drive strategic sourcing.
• Support supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing events.
• Analyze spend data to identify value opportunities.
• Coordinate contract management with Legal.
• Maintain tools and processes for strategic sourcing.
