Description:- Develops, recommends, implements, and manages the technical architecture (hardware, software, database, and communications) that will be used for all or specific applications in a large, distributed cross-platform environment.
- Responsibilities also include the identification of relevant information and the determination of the environment, which will be used for development.
- Optional extensions will have travel associated.
Must Haves:- Must be a Subject Matter Expert in Two-Way Public Safety Radio networks and specifically with Encryption and Interoperability
- Must have experience developing complex two-way, P25, Public Safety radio network transition and migration strategies with cross-stream dependencies.
- Must have experience with encryption key management, new key generation, and key rotation.
- Must have excellent communications skills with the ability to promote and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Must have experience with large-scale/ complex projects involving network design, network implementation, network transition, interoperability, user equipment distribution and operations.
- Hands-on experience with voice and data encryption equipment such as KMF, KMF workstation, and KVL
Nice to Have:Previous Public Sector Experience is an asset
