We're seeking a Sourcing Manager to join our Global Supplier Services team within Corporate Services. This role involves managing a portfolio of Technology and/or Data supplier relationships across our global Technology and Operations organizations.

In the Corporate Services division, we create collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services to enhance employee and client experience, while optimizing sourcing value and third-party lifecycle management. This is a Director level position within Firmwide Sourcing, responsible for all elements of the Source to Contract process including demand management, supplier management, bidding, sourcing projects, negotiations, and contracting.

What You'll Do In The Role

• Facilitate new supplier engagements and renewals, focusing on assigned categories and strategic suppliers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and collaborate with technology teams.
• Develop sourcing strategies that drive value and mitigate risks.
• Use competitive bidding and benchmarking to maximize impact.
• Analyze proposals, negotiate contracts, and work with Finance, Legal, and Compliance to finalize agreements.
• Complete documentation and system requirements to support the Source to Pay process.

What You'll Bring To The Role

• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience in Technology and/or Data sourcing.
• Expertise in Technology Sourcing, including Software, Cloud, Hardware, and Infrastructure commodities.
• Knowledge of license delivery models, metrics, and complex As a Service Agreements.
• Ability to negotiate technology agreements and craft Service Level Agreements.
• Experience in sourcing Market Data, including knowledge of license models, compliance, and intellectual property rights.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and contract analysis skills.

Our Montreal team supports cutting-edge technology initiatives, including electronic trading, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and AI/ML. Positions are based in Montreal, Quebec, with a hybrid work environment. Fluency in French and English is required.
