The role

As a Technology Analyst, Level 1 (1 Year Contract), you will provide technical support to our customers using the DCM FLEX e-Commerce platform, while managing ongoing account maintenance and support activities.

This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days per week in our Brampton office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 technical support and user training to clients on our DCM FLEX e-Commerce platform via phone and email
• Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely, professional manner
• Configure and maintain online user profiles and customer catalogues

Skills & experiences

• Post secondary school degree or diploma, with 1+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities
• Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite products

Compensation: $44,044 – $45,000 CAD per year

The compensation range listed reflects the expected compensation for the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on individual skills and experience.
