Under the supervision of Christian Robert, Associate and Head of Workshop, as well as Mylène Boisvert, Senior Architecture Technician, the Intermediate Architecture Technician develops and designs technical documents such as plans, specifications, cost estimates, and working drawings. This person will also assume a leadership role with junior staff: reviewing shop drawings, identifying issues from a construction perspective, and mentoring as needed. He or she will be involved in the entire project from the conceptual stage to site assistance. Key skills of the role are listening, analyzing, validating, teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
