Key responsibilities include:

  • Characterize planned and unplanned tasks (RNC, BOI, Snags, workbook) - Duration, Area, Job activity, Predecessors/Successors, Milestones
  • Support production leaders in daily operations and morning meetings
  • Make production jobs executable quickly by monitoring engineering disposition, parts availability, documentation, etc.
  • Assist in daily planning of tasks for the production team
  • Follow up on documentation related to aircraft completion progress
  • Conduct impact analysis on production issues
  • Update aircraft planning, considering impacts, constraints, and opportunities
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations on schedule follow-up
  • Participate in and manage improvement projects
Skills, knowledge & experience to thrive in this role:
  • DCS or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field, or relevant experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years in a manufacturing or plant environment
  • Strong understanding of company operations
  • Ability to listen to internal customers and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a production environment
  • Strong synthesis skills and ability to present to senior management
  • Dynamic team player with leadership qualities
  • Patience, perseverance, and curiosity
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project for planning tracking
  • Intermediate Excel skills for analysis and reporting
