As a member of the Technical Support team supporting a fleet of nearly 2000 Challenger 3XX & 6XX Series aircraft, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support related to Challenger 3XX/6XX propulsion systems and engine control to customers and internal teams
• Issuing and supporting engineering change requests for in-service issues and liaising with Engineering and Program Office
• Monitoring fleet reliability, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions
• Coordinating technical requests from fleet operators
• Preparing technical presentations related to your responsibilities
• Writing articles and Advisory Wires

How to thrive in this role?

• Strong knowledge of aircraft propulsion systems
• At least 5 years of relevant aviation experience
• College degree in aircraft maintenance or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Experience with Challenger 300/350 aircraft is a major asset
• Proficiency with MS Office and computer literacy
• Team player with good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and results-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and French
• Ability to work under stress, especially during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations
• Willingness to travel occasionally on short notice
