Teck's Trail Operations is seeking a Technologist in Metallurgy & Technology to lead technical investigations and support the improvement of operating plant processes. The role reports to a Technical Superintendent and may rotate to other projects or plants as needed.
The successful candidate will contribute to process development, startup activities, data analysis, and provide technical assistance to Trail Operations on metallurgical and maintenance issues.

Reporting to a Technical Superintendent, working in the Metallurgy and Technology group, the Technologist, Metallurgy & Technology is responsible to develop, manage and lead technical investigations that contribute to the development and improvement of operating plant processes and process control; provide technical assistance to Trail Operations on operating and maintenance problems.
This position will support the RAZ and TFO business areas but may include rotations to other plants or to specific project activities.
Pay Range: CAD $99,684 - $107,808 per year
The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
