Job Description
Person responsible for designing and executing technical, artistic, and educational work in the field of applied and graphic arts. They may consult with staff as needed for the design of printed materials and visual presentations.
The technician works within the CIUSSS du Nord de l'île de Montréal printing department, ensuring the technical preparation of documents before printing (prepress), executing printing tasks, managing internal orders, and supervising document inventory. They also play a key role in advising and managing printing projects, including outsourcing, providing quality customer service. The position is based at Rivière des Prairies Hospital in Montreal.
The printing service produces a wide range of printed materials such as forms, flyers, posters, educational, and promotional documents to support healthcare, education, and information dissemination to users and staff.
