Job Description

Within the Payment Engagement Services Center, the incumbent manages daily operations related to banking data within CDPQ systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365 and GEP). They ensure the quality of financial information produced, in accordance with procedures and deadlines. They are responsible for verifying, entering, and updating banking and financial data of suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

A solid understanding of banking practices, analytical techniques, and quality controls is essential. Attention to detail and ease with large volumes of data are key assets for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and enter banking and financial data of suppliers according to industry practices and CDPQ standards;
  • Interact with external suppliers to obtain required banking data and perform validation calls to ensure data accuracy and compliance with CDPQ directives;
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security in line with CDPQ standards, including confidentiality and data protection;
  • Collaborate with the Cash Management/Treasury department and operational sectors to identify and resolve data issues and implement necessary changes;
  • Develop, document, and implement processes for managing banking data in compliance with governance requirements;
  • Participate in data migration and integration projects;
  • Train and support the EAP Center team on best practices for managing banking data;
  • Regularly clean banking data within systems and ensure data completeness;
  • Prepare management reports for internal stakeholders and perform any other related tasks to facilitate team reporting.

Qualifications

  • Diploma of college studies in administration or accounting;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in banking data management;
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and GEP software is an asset;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

*Interactions with external partners outside Quebec (service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, etc.)
