We are currently seeking a Computer Support Technician to provide internal IT support to a diverse clientele (artists, designers, programmers, administrative staff, etc.) to ensure the proper functioning of their workstations, software, and peripherals.

From the beginning of your journey with us, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing PC support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on employee systems (e.g., email, network, peripherals)
2. Installing applications and operating systems, upgrading, and performing maintenance according to standards set by U42 (Global Network Services Team)
3. Installing and deploying hardware, including PCs, consoles, and printers
4. Documenting procedures and preparing FAQs
5. Managing the inventory of IT equipment and licenses
6. Sending and receiving equipment to/from other studios
7. Supporting remote and office users via platforms like ‘Zoom’, ‘Mattermost’, etc.
8. Following up and responding to requests received through ‘JIRA service desk’
9. Performing all other related tasks as required

This position is classified as Mid-Senior Level.
