Join to apply for the Technicien(ne) en entretien de bâtiments / Building Maintenance Technician role at CBRE.

Location: Saint-Hubert - Quebec - Canada

About the Role

Working under limited supervision, you will support assigned service calls, utilizing intermediate skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings and systems across multiple sites. You will monitor building system operations, troubleshoot issues using skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and other handyman tasks, and support energy management and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all relevant codes, regulations, and company policies related to building operations and safety.
  • Perform emergency troubleshooting and document service reports.
  • Coordinate with service providers and manage work orders using CMMS.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems.
  • Inspect work by contractors, maintain lighting and perform carpentry, painting, and furniture assembly tasks.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and communicate activities via smartphone.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, with at least 2 years of related experience or trade training.
  • Ability to operate a full-size van/truck.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to perform physical tasks.
