Qualifications

• Diploma in Industrial/Communication Technician or Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience maintaining multiple electronic systems (Security, CCTV, PA, Intercom, Access Control).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain Federal Government Enhanced Reliability Clearance (Level 1).
• Must hold or be willing to obtain CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications (ADGA sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic security systems.
• Calibrate test equipment and troubleshoot faulty modules on-site or off-site.
• Conduct inventory checks and log all work in MIS; inspect repaired items for quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and stay current with system updates.

Junior and intermediate technicians will receive mentorship and training andhave the opportunity togrow within the program, while senior technicians will bring a higher level of technicalexpertiseto the role.

What You'll Do:

The role involves performing both preventative and corrective maintenance, calibrating test equipment, and troubleshooting or repairing faulty modules either on-site or by arranging off-site service.Conducting inventory checks,logging all work in the Maintenance Information System (MIS), and inspecting repaired items to ensure quality compliance. Technicians are expected tomaintaina clean and safe work area while adhering to all safety and security protocols, provide after-hours on-call support and phoneassistanceto colleagues when needed, and stay current with system updates, completing all required On-the-Job Training within 12 months.

Qualifications
