You will work closely with operations teams, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex systems, improve performance, and implement innovative automation solutions. Aufgaben

• Work closely with the internal operations team to support systems optimization and project implementation by programming and modifying control sequences.
• Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation systems and mission-critical industrial control systems.
• Monitor metrics and system performance issues and provide recommendations.
• Point of contact for escalation support during and after business hours.
• Troubleshoot locally and remotely and repair all hardware or control software systems within the building.
• Appropriately escalate downtime situations to vendors or headquarters for support to restore equipment operation.
• Participate in CMMS management and improvements.
• Partner with management, equipment vendors, and parts suppliers to plan and coordinate new technology installations.
• Communicate technical issues and project timelines with building management, operations, and the maintenance team.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
