Job Summary:

  1. Extract sales data from daily and monthly management systems.
  2. Reconcile revenue reports from equipment and daily sales reports.
  3. Prepare bank reconciliations.
  4. Extract parking system income statements from the accounting system.
  5. Analyze key balance sheet items and prepare detailed reports on these items.
  6. Calculate owner remittances based on specific contractual terms.
  7. Analyze discrepancies and communicate with the administrator for explanations.
  8. Prepare payment journal for remittances, send to accounts payable for approval and payment processing.
  9. Send final client reports to administrators for distribution to owners.
  10. Perform any other related tasks involved in monthly reporting.
