Job summary

Adecco is hiring a full-time Logistics Clerk to support a client’s warehouse in Ontario (Etobicoke, Vaughan, Woodbridge). You will verify shipments, pick and prepare orders, and maintain shipping records, ensuring accurate bills of lading and timely deliveries.

Shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am, with temporary or full-time status. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in shipping/receiving, strong detail orientation, and the ability to lift 10-23 kg.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving.
  • Strong stress management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Verify shipment details against invoices, orders, COA, BOL and other shipping documents.
  • Pick and prepare orders for delivery with accuracy in product selection and quantity.
  • Maintain databases, update records, and prepare reports related to shipping and receiving activities.
  • Enter inventory data into ERP/WMS system promptly and accurately.
  • Unload inbound shipments safely, move products to designated storage locations, and organize stock efficiently.
  • Transfer products from storage to trucks, ensuring shipments are complete, accurate, and undamaged.
  • Monitor stock rotation to minimize waste, conduct physical inventories, and maintain proper records.
  • Report cycle counts and inventory discrepancies to management in a timely manner.
  • Perform shipping and receiving functions, including staging, loading, and verifying order accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in received shipments and update daily receipt logs accordingly.
