Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years' experience in logistics.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English.
• Excellent computer skills including Office suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Welcome drivers and manage documentation.
• Ensure trailers are in the right doors and manage appointments.
• Maintain inventory and answer customer queries.

Job description

Groupe Robert is currently looking for a warehouse technician for its Varennes terminal.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Welcome drivers;
• Print/reissue documents to drivers;
• Have drivers sign documentation;
• Keep C3 system up to date;
• Ensure trailers are in the right doors;
• Make driver appointments;
• Validate trailer inventory;
• Maintain up-to-date yard inventory;
• Answer customer questions (by phone and e-mail);
• All other related tasks

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• 1 to 3 years' experience in logistics;
• Excellent computer skills (Office suite, Outlook, etc.);
• Fluency in French (written and spoken);
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
• Strong organizational skills;
• Autonomous and resourceful.
