Summary:
We are seeking an inventory technician to join our team. The role involves moving pallets/boxes, working with numbers, multitasking, and adapting quickly to changing tasks. The candidate should be comfortable operating under Health Canada regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Bulk Packaging
- Destruction
- Secure Storage In/Out Management
- Checking receptions (counting products, weighing bags/bins)
- Conducting inventory spot checks
- Preparing orders for retail teams
- Cleaning secure storage, destruction, and bulk packaging areas
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- Initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good observation skills
- Attention to detail
- Good time management
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures

Working Conditions:
- Saturday & Sunday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Monday & Wednesday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Training for 6 to 8 weeks, schedule from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (half-day on Friday)
- In-person work environment
- Prolonged periods of squatting, bending, and kneeling
- Ability to lift, move, or manipulate objects up to 60 kg
- Work in an environment with frequent temperature changes
This position involves significant exposure to cannabis and plant materials. It may not be suitable for individuals with allergies to cannabis or pollen, or with medical conditions such as asthma or hay fever related to cannabis exposure.
