Job Description Summary

The Technicien CVC (HVAC) - Niveau 1 demonstrates professionalism through positive communication and presentation, providing exemplary service to clients. The role involves delivering portable HVAC equipment, demonstrating skills in operation, maintenance, and repair, and working in the workshop to keep it organized, clean, and safe. Assisting in checking, cleaning, and preparing rental equipment is also part of the job.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate professionally with clients, managers, and sales engineers to plan deliveries, pickups, and technical interventions.
2. Deliver and install rented HVAC equipment and train operators and clients on safe usage.
3. Obtain signatures and track serial numbers on delivery documents.
4. Troubleshoot equipment operation, specifications, capacities, and orders.
5. Drive company vehicles safely, adhering to safety policies.
6. Clean and test returned equipment, ensuring it meets standards.
7. Complete delivery, pickup, and service call documentation.
8. Install flexible gas hoses for propane and natural gas applications.
9. Implement safe procedures for gas connections.
10. Work with managers and engineers to keep accurate records of stock and rented equipment.
11. Be available for emergency services, including weekends and evenings on a rotational basis.

Requirements:

• Possess or be obtaining a refrigeration technician card.
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to work outside normal hours and weekends during peak periods.

Pay Range: $25.19 - $36.21 per hour
