Base pay range

CA$55,000.00 / yr - CA$65,000.00 / yr

Location : Mount Royal, QC (On-Site)

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday (every second Friday from home)

As an Accounting Tech You’ll report directly to a truly exceptional leader with an open-door policy, empowering approach, and supportive management style that employees love.

As an Accounting Technician , you’ll be an integral part of the finance team.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Recording daily transactions
• Handling cash receipts and deposits
• Reconciling credit card statements
• Managing accounts payable and assisting with weekly payments
• Updating commission statements
• Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes
• Performing inventory adjustments in our ERP system
• Filing financial records (physical and digital)
• Providing support in ad-hoc tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For :

• 2–4 Years of experience in accounting or a similar role
• Strong Excel skills – comfortable with functions and eager to grow in advanced features
