Job description

A RAM (RDA and Metrology) TD Technician are responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving the lot moves in RAM Area, while working in partnership with TD RAM Engineers as well as F10 Shift Operations team members from both RAM and other process areas. In this role, RAM TD Technicians:

  • Study lot moves performance and improve lot moves efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve cycle time through systematic problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Use automation and PC/software skills to improve operations efficiency by preparing records, charts, and graphs to identify area of improvement.
  • Perform basic analysis of measurement data, including conducting GR&R and fixing RAM tools and performance to support investigations for process deviations.
  • Work on lot disposition at RAM steps including recipe optimization for lots stuck at step.
  • Setup data collections via Germ Deviation Manager (GDM) and/or Dynamic Traveler (DT).
Requirements
  • Diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science field, or an equivalent.
  • Proficiency with metrology and RDA tools such as AFM, SEM, REG, XRD, XRF, Bright Field, Dark Field, Ellipsometry, or other related equipment.
  • 3- 4 years of working experience in the Metrology and Real Defect Analysis.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people.
  • Basic PC skills including MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic to intermediate data extraction, analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated with a good work ethic and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability in multi-tasking projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible with job responsibilities and take the initiative to assume added responsibilities.
  • Successfully demonstrated teamwork skills with a strong focus on effective team dynamics.
  • Willing to work in shifts (day or night, including weekend).
