We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician within the Quality division and the Metrology department. You will report directly to the Leader, Quality, and play a key role in maintaining equipment precision and reliability. Your responsibilities include driving technical enhancements, ensuring calibration data accuracy, and applying your expertise where needed.

• Ensure the proper condition of equipment and establish calibration procedures.
• Support methods and industrialization functions and propose technical recommendations.
• Determine the requirements for inspections and measurements.
• Support the calibration database for test and measuring equipment.
• Travel outside Bombardier sites may be required.

Skills, knowledge & experience to thrive in this role

• You hold a DCS degree in electromechanical engineering or equivalent, or relevant training in metrology.
• You have knowledge in dimensional metrology, instrumentation, and control.
• You have knowledge in pyrometry.
• You are familiar with aeronautical standards.
• You have a strong inclination for fieldwork, a pursuit of excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• You have knowledge of metrology systems.
• Travel outside Bombardier sites may be required.
