HUB Parking Technology, a part of the FAAC Group, develops, manufactures, installs, and services HUB Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems. We offer a wide range of solutions across our three Parking Systems Brands.

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Mississauga area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software.
  • Offer technical support for multiple products.
  • Possess knowledge of electronics, mechanical devices, and PC skills.
  • Support software and hardware issues for clients and field technicians.
  • Install equipment, including bolt down, wiring, communication setup, configuration, and testing under project manager guidance.
  • Utilize knowledge of various operating systems and networking for troubleshooting.
  • Manage customer escalations and communicate effectively on technical matters.
Requirements
  • Electronics Technical School training or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Preferred: MS Windows Server, electronics, MS Network, and MS A+ Certifications.
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
  • Availability for scheduled weekend shifts and on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, late nights, and early mornings.
