Summary of Position: Install and service Invisible Fence Brand Pet Solutions at customer homes, using basic machinery, and train customers and pets while adhering to company standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Install Invisible Fence Brand pet solutions daily.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain all assigned installation equipment.
  • Keep all company vehicles and equipment in good condition and report issues to management.
  • Provide service and training for all Invisible Fence solutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, including designing and confirming solution layouts.
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns and follow up as needed.
  • Solicit customer referrals and endorsements.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment and leave customer homes in better condition.
  • Offer additional solutions and generate referrals, leads, and appointments.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and submit payments and product serial numbers accurately.
  • Maintain inventory and report vehicle maintenance issues.
  • Document customer visits and issues thoroughly.

Accountabilities: Follow all company policies, exceed customer satisfaction, and maintain professional appearance and demeanor. Complete annual pet training certification and submit reports and reviews as required.

Relationships: Reports to General Manager or Regional General Manager. Works with customers, scheduling teams, and dealership staff.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors.
  • Availability to work between 8 am - 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, including some weekends.
