A leading company in solar technology is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to assist in system installations and troubleshoot manufacturing issues. The role requires a strong safety mindset and mechanical knowledge, alongside effective communication skills. Successful candidates will contribute to process improvements and maintain production quality. This position may require travel for training at other plants.

Basic Job Functions:
Assist in the installation and qualification of systems, troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues, identify and/or implement system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield and product performance goals. Will include supporting the operation of pilot-line equipment to define a new process followed by a transition to start-up, qualification, and implementation of the new production process with the eventual evolution into a standard production MET position.

Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards)
All associates working on the production floor may be required to wear a respirator at any given time and thus, the ability to wear a respirator is a condition of employment and continued employment (requires little or no facial hair)
