Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary :

This position requires an ambitious Lube Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles. The successful candidate will possess the willingness and ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, estimate time for service and repairs, and diagnose and complete the work correctly the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Lube Tech will inspect, maintain, and repair automobiles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol. Responsibilities include basic car maintenance such as tire rotations and oil changes, diagnosing complex problems, and planning and executing vehicle repairs.

Qualifications :

  • Automotive service maintenance and repair experience required
  • Ability to diagnose and problem solve independently
  • Comfortable leveraging technology for daily repairs
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting optimal production
  • High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and own transportation required
