Technician, Lube & Maintenance

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary

This position requires an ambitious Lube Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles. The successful candidate will possess the willingness and ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, estimate time of service and repair needed, and diagnose and complete the required work right the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Lube Tech will inspect, maintain, and repair automobiles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol. Responsibilities include basic car maintenance such as tire rotations and oil changes, diagnosing complex problems, and planning and executing vehicle repairs.

Qualifications
  • Automotive service maintenance and repair experience required
  • Ability to diagnose and problem solve independently
  • Comfortable leveraging technology for most day-to-day repairs
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where optimal production is supported
  • High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and own transportation to and from work required
