Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste technique similaire.

Responsibilities

  • Effectuer l'assemblage complet de systèmes selon les schémas électriques et mécaniques.
  • Gérer le département d'assemblage et s'assurer du bon déroulement des projets.
  • Participer au développement et à l'installation de nouveaux produits Li-Cube.

Installation Technician – Hybrid Renewable Energy

Job Description

We are looking for a Multi-skilled Technician to support the installation of our hybrid renewable energy systems. You will be responsible for the assembly department, participate in the design and testing of new products, and assist the research and development (RnD) department. This key position requires technical autonomy, an analytical mind, and a good proficiency with workshop tools.

Responsibilities
  1. Carry out the complete assembly of systems according to electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams.
  2. Ensure the management of the assembly department and the smooth running of workshop projects.
  3. Actively participate in the development, installation, and testing of new Li-Cube products and other hybrid solutions.
  4. Create remote site installations (outfitters, cabins, mining sites, etc.).
  5. Use specialized tools: multimeter, measuring tools, workshop tools.
  6. Perform light manufacturing work (3D printing, laser engraving, welding, etc.).
  7. Perform performance and diagnostic tests to ensure system quality.
Required Profile
  • DEC in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, or equivalent training.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar technical position.
  • Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Excellent ability to read and interpret plans and diagrams.
  • Good knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD software (an asset).
  • Analytical skills, autonomy, rigor, and teamwork.
  • Comfort with IT tools (Office Suite).
  • Ability to work manually (tools, welding, manufacturing).
