Great Canadian Oil Change (GCOC) in Winnipeg is seeking a lube technician ready to learn and deliver fast, trusted automotive services. You will perform preventative maintenance, learn to change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, inspect lights and wipers, and complete an 18-point safety check as part of our award‑winning training program.

You’ll work as a team to keep guests safe on the road while enjoying a flexible schedule, PTO, tuition assistance, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and provide customer-focused service.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lb.
• Mobility to crouch and reach overhead.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to read and follow training and safety materials.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.

What You’ll Do

As a lube technician (aka auto technician), you will help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles. Through our award-winning training program, you will learn to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, perform an 18-point safety check, and more. You’ll work as a team to provide fast, easy, trusted services to our guests, and have fun doing it!
