Join to apply for the Technician Designer, SSV role at BRP

We are seeking a mechanical design technician to join our engineering team. Reporting to the Head Designer, Vehicle Engineering, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and validating mechanical systems for recreational vehicles.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Creating technical drawings for vehicle manufacturing;
  2. Developing components and monitoring prototype production;
  3. Collaborating with designers and engineers to solve problems;
  4. Creating tracking files to optimize project progress.
Qualifications and qualities:
  • DEC or BAC in mechanical engineering or relevant experience;
  • Strong mechanical sense and 3D visualization skills;
  • Proficiency in design software such as Catia V5 or SolidWorks;
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of GD&T standards;
  • Curiosity and ingenuity for creative problem-solving.
