Eisses Windows is hiring reliable, hard-working Technicians and Crew Leads to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role delivering high-quality residential and commercial services while representing a well-established, professional company.

You work with a crew, follow clear systems, and are expected to produce consistent, top-tier results. Training is provided prior experience is helpful but not required.

$20-$38/hour including performance bonuses and tips

Paid training

Consistent seasonal hours (typically 45-50+ hours/week)

What You’ll Be Doing

Residential and commercial window cleaning (interior & exterior)
