With 68 clinics across Canada, our philosophy is based on offering high-end, innovative, and non-surgical treatments designed to rejuvenate the skin while ensuring visible, natural, and long-lasting results.

Responsibilities –

• Perform treatments according to the company’s protocols and standards;
• Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director;
• Reevaluate the plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up based on identified needs;
• Advise clients on the beauty routine to adopt alongside the Functionalab product line;
• Perform required post-treatment follow-ups;
• Encourage clients to renew their products;
• Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty through the development of a trusting relationship;
• Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.
  
  
  

Qualifications –

• Diploma in Esthetics;
• Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal;
• At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role;
• Certification on clinic-specific platforms is an asset;
• Diploma in photoepilation is an asset;
• Languages spoken and written: fluent in French and English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Adherence to work procedures;
• Integrity and trustworthiness;
• Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and leadership;
• Show teamwork and collaboration skills;
