Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary :

The Apprentice Technician plays an integral role in Birchwood achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction after the purchase of a vehicle. The successful candidate will have the ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, estimate time of service and repair needed, and diagnose and complete the required work right the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Automotive Technician will diagnose repairs required on a wide range of vehicles.

Job Details :

This position follows a shift-work schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week.

• Technician Level 4 and up are welcome to apply
