Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Service Manager.

Job Summary

Birchwood Kia on Regent is seeking a Full-Time Apprentice Technician to join our team!

This role involves performing preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles, primarily focusing on tires and oil changes, with opportunities to expand into more complex tasks during busy seasons. The successful candidate will maintain current product and technical knowledge, estimate service and repair times, and diagnose and complete work correctly the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Automotive Technician will diagnose repairs needed across a wide range of vehicles.

Qualifications
  • Level 2 (or above) Apprentice level required
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently
  • Comfortable using technology for repairs
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting optimal production
  • High attention to detail, with proven time management and organizational skills
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional development
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation required
