Job description

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Service Manager.

Job Summary:

This position requires an ambitious Level One Apprentice Technician to perform preventative maintenance on automotive vehicles. The Apprentice Technician will focus primarily on tires and oil changes while moving into the busy season. The successful candidate will possess the willingness and ability to maintain current product and technical knowledge, the ability to estimate time of service and repair needed, and to diagnose and complete the required work right the first time. Using industry-leading technology, the Automotive Technician will diagnose repairs required on a wide range of vehicles.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Saturdays: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Qualifications:

  1. Ability to diagnose and problem-solve independently
  2. Comfortable leveraging technology for most day-to-day repairs
  3. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where optimal production is supported
  4. High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
  5. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  6. Valid driver’s license and own transportation to and from work is required.
