About the Role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team at Regina Nissan. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Dedicated to quality of workmanship, diagnostics, and maintenance repair as per required standards.
  • Reports all mechanical or safety related deficiencies not noted on the repair order.
  • Accurately utilizes MPI for 100% for all repair orders. Perform new vehicle PDI.
  • Diagnose / repair, replace parts / components, perform service / maintenance to new and used vehicles as per manufacturer standards.
  • Provides service advisors summary of additional maintenance or required work that need to be performed.
  • Performs road tests to confirm repairs are completed satisfactorily.
  • Accurately records the cause and correction on customer repair orders and completes the Technician portion on MPI and related inspection forms.
  • Provides Service Advisors with accurate parts and labour estimates utilizing MPI.
  • Maintains and follows manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • 3rd year, 4th year, Journeyman and / or equivalent experience required.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Ability to carefully and safely drive both standard and automatic vehicles.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items and equipment such as tires, tools, and equipment.
  • Focus on exceptional customer service.
