As a 310T Technician, you’ll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Perform maintenance & repairs – Service diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose & troubleshoot issues – Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical problems.
• Conduct inspections – Identify potential issues before they lead to costly repairs.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines – Use service manuals and technical data for accurate repairs.
• Communicate with customers – Explain necessary repairs and recommendations.
• Work efficiently – Meet deadlines to minimize downtime for customers.
• Stay current on training – Participate in company-sponsored and dealer-specific training courses.
• Maintain a safe & organized workspace – Follow safety protocols and best practices.

What You Bring (Requirements & Qualifications)

• 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (Required)
• 1–3 years of experience as a heavy-duty truck technician (or equivalent industry experience)
• Valid G-Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must have necessary hand tools
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Qualifications (Preferred Skills)

• Experience with medium & heavy-duty trucks
• Familiarity with computerized diagnostic equipment
• Experience with fleet management software (e.g., Fleet Complete)

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn up to $45.00 per hour
