Please note this position will be out of our New Reman Bradford Location.

Toromont Remanufacturing is looking for Component Rebuilder Technicians (for models 421A, 310T, 310S) to join our Reman team! This position involves training with our experienced technicians to safely and efficiently diagnose, repair, and rebuild Caterpillar components.

As a Component Rebuilder, you will:

Daily responsibilities include:

• Adhering to safety, environmental, and health practices aligned with Toromont’s policies
• Following Caterpillar reusability guidelines, SOPs, and ISO procedures
• Preparing accurate service reports and documentation
• Meeting customer requirements efficiently and professionally
• Moving between work stations as needed
• Rebuilding components for customers timely and cost-effectively
• Documenting maintenance activities accurately and promptly

Must-have qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited trade school program or at least 3 years of relevant industrial experience involving component repair/reconditioning
• Customer-focused with strong relationship management, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with high attention to detail
• Self-motivated team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and systems, including DBS, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of CAT SIS or experience with Toromont parts operations is an asset
