Are you a Technical Writer with extensive experience documenting CRM systems, particularly Salesforce? Our large Alberta-based financial client is seeking a Technical Writer for a 7-month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in technical writing of user and software documentation, especially for CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation with attention to detail.
• Quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly through text and visuals.
• Excellent written English skills and familiarity with style guides and usability principles.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Jira, Google Suite, MS Office, and familiarity with SDLC and software development concepts.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Technical Writing Certification is a plus.
