The Technical Writer will work collaboratively with the network and security teams to document these internal processes.

• Thorough knowledge of technical writing concepts and techniques, which includes writing clear, concise and simple sentences to explain difficult concepts
• Produce high caliber documents to maintain a professional look and feel to all documentation produced
• Ensure technical verbiage is easy to understand for technical and non-technical readers

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Writer in an IT capacity
• Systems and network background required to be able to document procedures and processes effectively
• Thorough knowledge of technical writing concepts and techniques, which includes writing clear, concise and simple sentences to explain difficult concepts
• Self-starter and able to navigate through the application software to get the work done
