Maplesoft Group - Job Opportunity: Technical Writer

Maplesoft Group is seeking a Technical Writer for our client. Responsibilities include:

1. Design, organize, and manage Project and Operations Wikis.
2. Create and oversee API Development Portal documentation.
3. Develop User Guides and Reference documents.
4. Produce schema definition documentation.
5. Draft and maintain FAQ documentation.
6. Prepare clear and concise Release Notes.
7. Develop UI Copy (subject to business approval).
8. Create technical support documentation for modules used by Business Support Groups.
9. Produce technical design documentation to support Change Management processes with external Lenders and Partners.
10. Develop materials to support Lender/Partner Change Management and training efforts.
