Job Description

• Collaborate with developers to write online help for applications based on new developments, ensuring consistency across functionalities and proposing necessary changes.
• Research and propose terminology to present various application concepts.
• Participate in designing windows and reports to ensure ergonomic interface design.
• Write release notes describing new features.
• Contribute to redesigning and modernizing existing user guides to create integrated online help within the software.
• Integrate new features into existing user guides and online help.
• Write user guides and online help for new application products.
• Develop presentation standards for documentation and ensure adherence.
• Capture screenshots, format content, and participate in publishing user guides.
• Provide writing support to various teams as needed.
• Validate and prioritize documentation issues (OBS).

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual in French and English; mastery of English is essential for writing and communication with international clients.
• Strong linguistic, analytical, and communication skills.
• Team player, curious, autonomous, and self-taught.
• Knowledge of content creation tools like MadCap Flare (asset) and GIT (asset).
