Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in IT, Engineering
• Fluent English speaker
• 2+ years of experience in Alarm Systems, video surveillance, security, telecommunications, or related fields
• Excellent knowledge of intrusion, IP CCTV, and access control systems
• Experience in installing/designing security systems
• Public speaking experience (advantage)
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel for business trips and trade shows
• Outgoing personality and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, webinars for customers and employees
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers
• Train technical staff of distributors and dealers
• Promote product solutions and provide technical consultation
• Perform market research and compare competitors' products
• Develop relationships with key partners
• Test product features and prepare technical documentation
• Support sales team with lead follow-up
• Analyze customer needs collaboratively with sales
