The level of complexity in the technician’s role is increasing as vehicles are developed with more technology. Health and Safety demands are critical during training but also need to be embedded into future working practices. The technical trainers play an important role in acting as guardians of Belron Standards and in encouraging new and experienced technicians to embrace change and adopt new practices.
Your role at a glance: Technical Trainer - BC Region
(Can be based anywhere in BC / GVA)
Reporting to the National Process Manager, the technical trainer is responsible for training and supporting new technicians and experienced technicians in the Belron Way of Fitting so that they can provide the highest level of customer service and standards of workmanship when replacing, repairing, fitting vehicle glass, and performing ADAS camera calibration. The trainer must also support coaches and learning associates in connection with the new technician training program.

Range of pay for a Technical Trainer - BC is between $75,000 - $90,000 per annum.
Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the range of pay. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Speedy Glass also offers benefits upon hire and a pension plan (with the option for matching) after 3 months.
