The Technical Systems Analyst 3 (TSA 3) provides advanced infrastructure support across FortisBC's core pillars: Infrastructure, Systems, Network, and Unified Communications (UC). The role contributes to complex diagnostics, strategic initiatives, and cross-platform projects. The role manages their workload and project contributions independently and collaborates closely with Administrators and other technical teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of FortisBC's infrastructure environments.
This role is primarily for the Enterprise Patch Management team in which we concentrate on keeping the enterprise environment up to date for all hardware and software connected to the network.
