Garaventa Lift is seeking a Technical Support & Training Specialist to provide troubleshooting support and product training for our accessibility and mobility equipment. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues over the phone, and for delivering training to dealers, technicians, and customers both virtually and on site. The successful candidate will travel regularly within Canada and the United States to support field training and technical escalations. This role requires regular travel to customer and dealer locations across Canada and the United States for on-site training and technical support. Travel frequency will vary based on business needs.
